2006 On Board Boot Camp Scholarship Recipients

We are proud to announce that the Where Are the Women? Project of Women on the Job received a sponsor donation from one of our members that provided two scholarships to a two-day training program for women interested in serving on corporate boards. 

Donna O’Brien, Healthcare Consultant and Board Member for several Healthcare Organizations and Corporate Boards and Theresa (Tess) Mall Mullarkey, Chancellor, C.W. Post College, Long Island University are the recipients of the 2006 On Board Boot Camp Scholarship.   This year’s training was a two-day seminar held on June 26th and 27th in New York City.  Women on the Job selected On Board Boot Camp from a number of organizations offering this type of training.  The seminar presented by Susan Stautberg, President of PartnerCom Corporation and Carolyn Chin, a Board Chair and Director of several companies offered a program that best fit our mission of providing appropriate education to women interested in serving on Corporate Boards. 

Women on the Job would like to thank all of our applicants and will make every effort to offer more training opportunities in the future.
